Tammy is a trauma-informed Registered Psychotherapist working at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, embodied healing and ancestral and past life unburdening. Often referred to as Transpersonal Psychotherapy, she supports individuals moving through trauma, life transitions, identity shifts, and spiritual awakening while helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom and sense of alignment.
Her approach integrates traditional psychotherapy with experiential and intuitive practices. Tammy draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing®, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting and Jungian approaches while supporting nervous system regulation and deeper mind–body awareness.
For clients who feel called to a more holistic or spiritual path, Tammy also incorporates Reiki and energy healing alongside practices such as mindfulness, somatic awareness, dreamwork, ritual, elemental and lunar cycles and intuitive exploration. Sessions often create space for clients to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with their body’s innate healing intelligence.
Her path has been shaped through years of learning within Celtic/Pagan, and Indigenous-informed teachings as well as mentorship with elders and guides in ceremony, energy healing, and plant medicine traditions. She brings these influences respectfully into her work while remaining grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and client-led therapy.
Tammy is especially passionate about working with sensitive, intuitive, and spiritually curious individuals who may feel out of place in conventional systems- individually and in groups.
